5. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are subject to our pricing and payment terms. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. SMS Programs

Sports Figures operates SMS programs including NEWS, SCORE, and PROMO. Each program is governed by its own published Program Policy, available on our SMS Terms Hub, which details:

Message frequency by program:

• NEWS: Up to 3 messages per week
• SCORE: Variable frequency based on game schedules (up to 10 messages per day during peak seasons)
• PROMO: Up to 2 messages per week
• Account/Billing: As needed for account management

Opt-in process:

1. Complete the subscription form on our website (sportsfigures.io) or in your dashboard.
2. Text your chosen keyword (NEWS, SCORE, or PROMO) to 31081.

Note: A website subscription is required prior to texting any keyword. Keywords alone do not constitute a complete opt-in process.

Opt-out:

Reply STOP to 31081 to unsubscribe from all programs.

Support:

Reply HELP to 31081 for assistance.

Carrier Information:

Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers include major US carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages arising from carrier issues beyond our control, though we make every effort to ensure reliable delivery.

7. Privacy

8. KYC/AML Compliance

We comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations using HQ Cognito Identity Verification Solutions and Stripe's Fraud Radar.
